Callie J. Fixelle

Callie J. Fixelle is a dedicated attorney committed to providing exceptional legal representation to clients in a wide array of practice areas. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017 and the Washington, D.C. Bar in 2024, Mrs. Fixelle has demonstrated her expertise and commitment to the legal profession throughout her career.  In January of 2024, Mrs. Fixelle expanded her practice by opening Grossman Attorneys at Law’s satellite office in Washington, D.C.’s Navy Yard.

Recognized for her expertise, Mrs. Fixelle has been invited to speak and present at numerous organizations and seminars. Her presentations cover a diverse range of topics, from legal strategies to technological advancements in the legal field. Notably, in 2018 she co-authored and presented “Breathless in Baghdad Turns Ailing in America,” “Implementing & Adapting to Technology” at WILG in 2019, and “Covidian Approach to AWW & REC” at WILG in 2020. Most recently in 2023, Mrs. Fixelle had the honor of co-presenting on the topic of “Respiratory and Exposure Injuries” with United States Department of Labor judges at the Annual Workers’ Compensation Institute Seminar in Orlando, Florida.

In addition to her speaking engagements, Mrs. Fixelle has contributed significantly to the legal community through her involvement in high-profile cases. She has won numerous Defense Base Act cases, and demonstrated her proficiency in complex matters such as Longshore & Harbor Workers Compensation Act claims, admiralty and maritime law, personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, products liability, and medical malpractice claims – including the largest compartment syndrome verdict in the State of Florida.
