1. Seek medical attention immediately and tell the doctor how you specifically were injured.
2. Secure the dangerous product, or if you cannot, ask someone to keep it safe.
   
3. Take photographs of the product, your injuries and the scene where you were injured.
4. Look for and secure, if possible, the receipt for the purchase of the product.
5. Obtain the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all witnesses to your injury.
   
6. If you were injured while on the job, notify your employer.
   
7. Keep notes of your doctor visits.
8. Keep all receipts for your records(?), such as prescriptions, doctor visits, etc.
